Ms Thembelihle Mthembu is a Safety, Health, Environment, Risk and Quality (SHERQ) Professional with over 11 years’ in SHERQ Management field. Her expertise includes but not limited to Development, implementation, monitoring and review of SHERQ management policies, strategies and procedures relating to risk management. She has provided safety management advice, monitoring, and reporting in various organisations including staff engagements in programmes that ensure safe practice in the workplace leading to reduction of injuries on duty and losses. Her career in safety management started when she was employed by National Dept. of Employment and Labour in 2002 and furthered her studies at NOSA, BOHSS and UNISA.
