Mr Xolani Fihlani

Mr Xolani Fihlani has over 12 years’ experience in the field of water engineering, irrigation scheme operation and maintenance, roads and stormwater, dams as well as other civil engineering services. Other senior positions he has held include Water Services and Infrastructure Manager. He holds qualifications from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University and later Management College of SA.
