Mr Themba Dlamini

Mr Themba Dlamini has more than 15 years work experience and his career started in 2006 when he was appointed by Ithala Development Finance Corporation and is now currently seconded to the Ntingwe Tea Estate as a Field Section Manager. Mr Dlamini has vast experience in Agricultural Management, Project Management as well as Stakeholder management and liaison. His interests lie in sustainable management of rural enterprises to contribute to tangible socio-economic development of the surrounding communities. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in agriculture from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and postgraduate studies in Business Administration from MANCOSA.
