Mr Thabiso Selai has over 20 years’ experience in various roles, both in private and public sector, within complex operations in Transformation, Change Management/Organisational Design and Development, Human Capital Strategy, Project Management, Business Advisory and Performance Management System. In these roles, he has effectively delivered business results by developing a holistic vision, translating that vision into an effective business strategy and then tactically implementing that strategy through the use of proven and effective processes, procedures, people and technology to ensure that goals are either met or exceeded.

His career has peeked to Director and Executive levels as season HR specialist. He holds a Humans Resources degree from Central University of Technology in Bloemfontein and a qualification from University of Johannesburg. He is very passionate and enthusiastic about people development and appreciates the role of human capital is building strong teams that build strong organisations. As the Corporate Service General Manager at the Agribusiness Development Agency, Human Resources, Marketing, Office Management and IT form part his portfolio, which are all crucial in creating an enabling environment for a thriving organisation and provides support to the core business, a role he holds with great pride and esteem.
