Mr. Komane Nchabeleng

Komane Nchabeleng is an Admitted Attorney of the High Court with extensive experience as both in-house legal counsel and as a practising attorney. Currently serving as Legal Manager at the Agribusiness Development Agency, responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of legal services, including contract drafting and vetting, litigation management, legal compliance, risk mitigation and advisory support on statutory interpretation and labour-related matters.

Proven track record in providing strategic legal counsel to management and government entities, liaising with the State Attorney and other stakeholders. Previously practised as an Attorney handling employment law (CCMA and Labour Court litigation), commercial law, estates, trusts, divorce, and general civil and criminal litigation in both Magistrate’s and High Courts. Also served as Company Secretary and Legal Counsel for public sector entities, with strong expertise in contract administration, compliance monitoring, board support, and corporate governance.

Combines private practice litigation skills with deep in-house advisory experience, delivering practical, risk-aware legal solutions across diverse regulatory and commercial environments.
