Ms Nomagugu Mlawe

Ms Nomagugu Mlawe is an admitted attorney of the High Court holding over ten years of litigation experience. Her professional life started in land reform and rural development, working for the Association for Rural Development (AFRA) where she served her articles and later became an attorney for the organization’s Land Rights Legal Unit. She has worked with the United Nation High Commission for Refugees and most recently was working for the Immigration Directorate for the Department of Home Affairs where one of her key roles was providing advice to the minister on Immigration matters. She comes with expertise and knowledge in corporate governance, constitutional law, and civil litigation.
